New York Fries is a back to back winner of WECA Basketball League defeating Kalawit in the Finals, while Kingsman won the 3rd place beating Dub Squad.  This year Paul Marqueses topped other players on claiming both Regular Season & Play-Offs MVP awards.

Congratulations to New York Fries as this year's league Champions.

Appreciation also goes to all participating teams, Kalawit, Kingsman, Dub Squad, Wild Card and 3 Stars.

Pastor Glenn Patrick, WECA's senior pastor delivered a short message giving a synopsis on Linspired which is a book about the life story of Jeremy Lin's faith and resilience of which each player was given a copy.  Pastor Glenn further shared about the life of Paul from the bible about winning a crown which was relative to our life about eternity.  He even sent an open invitation to the audience about 9:00am & 11;00am worship services at WECA every Sunday.
