A Taste of Missions
WECA's "A Taste of Missions" was held on Sunday, October 18, 2015 with 16 countries represented including our very own the Philippines. This year we served "Lechon"(roasted pig), Nilupak (Mashed Cassava), Purple Yam(Ube) Cake and Pandesal. The Ube Cake and Pandesal were donated by Arnel and Ann Zabala who own the Abundance Bakery and the newly opened Manila Sweets Bakeshop. It's a been a successful event once again. The Phlippine booth favourite this year was the Ube Cake. Thanks to all the volunteers.
