It's New Year, A New Beginning
Today is the first day of 2019, it's new year and a new beginning. Many of us have formed the habit of starting something for the better, be it in health, finances, relationship, school or even at work. Planning is good but implementing what we want to do is harder. It takes reminder and motivation to do so. While we are in the doing mode, checking or monitoring against what was planned is also vitally important to ensure we are on tracked. We have the technology in our finger tips to nudge us and treating ourselves for a job well done will keep us to be encouraged and stay motivated. Happy New Year 2019!
